Large Explosion Reported at Israeli Rocket Facility West of Jerusalem
Israeli public broadcaster Kan reported on 16 May 2026 that a significant explosion occurred at a rocket manufacturing facility in the Beit Shemesh industrial zone, west of Jerusalem. The cause of the blast remained unconfirmed as emergency services responded to the scene.
